Key Responsibilities

Manage comprehensive projects from routing and siting through to construction compliance.
Lead resource teams in executing environmental studies and navigating permit applications, including those required under FERC Section 7© and Third-party EIS.
Liaise with federal, state, and local regulatory agencies.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams consisting of engineers, attorneys, GIS analysts, and other professionals.
Facilitate communication with the public and stakeholders during meetings and hearings.
Oversee all aspects of project scope, budget, schedule, and forecasting.
Engage in business development initiatives and represent the company at industry conferences.
Conduct field reviews and compliance inspections to ensure project adherence.

Required Skills

In-depth knowledge of FERC regulations and federal environmental standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the capability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Planning, Geography, Environmental Science, or a related field.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in environmental licensing and permitting specifically for pipelines.
