About the Role:
As a Junior Agile Coach, you’ll work closely with teams, Scrum Masters, and stakeholders to guide them in the adoption and improvement of Agile frameworks. You will help develop Agile maturity across the organization, foster collaboration, and promote continuous improvement. This role is perfect for someone who has recently transitioned from Scrum Master to Agile Coach and is eager to grow in their coaching capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coach and Mentor: Provide guidance and support to Scrum Masters, product owners, and development teams to ensure effective implementation of Agile principles and practices.
- Facilitate Agile Transformation: Support teams in adopting Agile methodologies, with a focus on Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
- Foster Continuous Improvement: Help teams identify and implement process improvements, increasing productivity, quality, and team satisfaction.
- Promote Collaboration: Encourage a culture of collaboration, transparency, and open communication across teams and departments.
- Measure Agile Maturity: Use metrics and feedback to evaluate team performance and Agile maturity, recommending and implementing actionable improvements.
- Lead by Example: Demonstrate Agile values in every interaction and foster a learning culture within teams.
What You’ll Bring:
- Proven Experience as a Scrum Master: 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, etc.).
- Recent Transition to Agile Coaching: You’ve recently been promoted to or taken on responsibilities as an Agile Coach and are looking to deepen your experience.
- Strong Communication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Facilitation Skills: You excel at running effective Agile ceremonies, workshops, and coaching sessions.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive in identifying challenges and offering creative solutions to enable teams to succeed.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) (additional Agile certifications a plus!).
