Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Associate Project Manager to join our dynamic and innovative team. You will support program leadership in program-level reporting, oversee team onboarding processes, and track logistical tasks, among other responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to program reporting by developing artifacts, updating status reports, tracking milestones and action items, and compiling performance metrics to facilitate informed decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Enhance team member onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a consistent and productive experience by managing documentation, facilitating system access, and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
- Support program-wide communication by scheduling and organizing large meetings, preparing presentations, and providing administrative assistance for team events and travel.
- Monitor and oversee critical actions, program interdependencies, and process improvements to ensure timely completion of responsibilities by team members.
- Maintain updated team rosters, email lists, and communication channels to guarantee that all relevant personnel are included in large team meetings.
- Implement process improvements to optimize program efficiency and streamline workflows where necessary.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience as an associate or junior project manager, or in a comparable role, ideally within software development teams in an agile environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
- Experience in managing communications in complex environments using collaboration tools such as Slack or Teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English proficiency.
- Eligibility to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance while residing in the United States.
- Familiarity with Federal contracting projects is advantageous (desired qualification).
