- User features (Call Rejection, Call Waiting, International Calling, Caller ID Blocking)
- Phone replacement (Setup base and pair 3 handsets to it)
- Modify Vlans on switch ports
- Phone

- Copier/Printer
- Wireless
- Infrastructure
- Monitor/Resolve network and circuit outages
- Troubleshoot issues (SD-WAN, Switch, Firewall, VPN)
- Contact ISP for circuit outages
- Setup site-to-site tunnels with vendors/partners
