As a SharePoint Developer/Admin, you will be instrumental in developing and configuring SharePoint and .NET sites that optimize our business operations and are tailored to our organizational needs. This role is temporary but presents the potential for transitioning into a full-time opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, architect, and develop SharePoint and .NET environments tailored for user needs.
- Actively participate in requirements gathering, technical design workshops, and solution discussions.
- Maintain clear communication with the customer team by documenting project progress and addressing any issues or fixes promptly.
- Oversee the design, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of web environments.
- Conduct thorough testing and quality assurance for websites and web applications.
- Manage the structure and content of collaboration tools and data repositories utilizing SharePoint and other web technologies.
- Assist customer content managers with complex tasks as needed.
- Utilize SharePoint Designer and other web development tools for effective design, development, and troubleshooting.
- Create and sustain an Intranet Portal Collaboration Site on the SharePoint platform, emphasizing branding and user experience.
- Develop engaging landing pages, department templates, newsletters, banners, and videos optimized for accessibility across devices.
- Implement and manage new intranet and SharePoint sites.
- Leverage SharePoint Framework (SPFx) to design website features, UI extensions, themes, and display templates.
- Collaborate with UX designers to create cohesive themes and ensure design consistency through coding with HTML5, JavaScript, TypeScript, jQuery, CSS, SQL, Bootstrap, or responsive design principles.
- Develop web parts, lists/libraries, content types, site columns, master pages, search navigation, permissions, and data management protocols.
- Create workflow forms using SharePoint Designer, PowerApps, and Flow.
Required Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience as a SharePoint developer leveraging SharePoint Online/O365.
- Demonstrated client interaction skills and a solid understanding of business applications and data flow.
- Proficiency with SharePoint Framework and experience in building and administering hybrid environments.
- Strong command of the .NET framework (C#), IIS, Azure AD, and SharePoint site configuration.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts.

- Proven track record of successfully completing projects.

Qualifications
- Experience with WordPress or Atlassian Confluence wiki development is advantageous.
- Familiarity with JIRA project administration is a plus.
- Insight into IC ITE Services is beneficial.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps is desirable.
