Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Agency Digital Project Coordinator to join our team, supporting brand campaigns across social, digital, and activation platforms for multiple clients. This role is perfect for someone with 1 to 3 years of brand agency experience who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Reporting to the Account Director, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns across various brand touchpoints.
This is a contract to hire position, with expected conversion between months 3 and 6.
Hourly pay range: $30 - $40/hr., paid weekly, benefits eligible.
Schedule Type: hybrid, on-site once per week.
Agency Digital Project Coordinator Duties:
- Act as primary support for the Account Director, ensuring client needs are met and projects are executed seamlessly.
- Assist in managing social and digital creative projects, including asset review and copy proofing to ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Organize and deliver approved copy and creative assets to ensure accuracy and timely execution.
- Work with external partners (PR, media, etc.) to align on campaign goals and deliverables.
- Manage timelines, facilitate project plans, and oversee smaller projects to support broader campaign objectives.
- Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and timely project updates.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account, Project Management, Strategy, Creative, Social, Production) and external partners to ensure smooth project workflow and on-time delivery.
- Assist in managing client meetings, developing presentations, and handling any last-minute project details.
- Support project resourcing, business tasks, and seamless project delivery from concept to execution.
- Prepare estimates and manage budget tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
Agency Digital Project Coordinator Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in account management or project management roles within a brand or marketing agency.
- Essential experience with digital and social media, including content strategy and asset development from strategy to execution.
- Experience working with paid social platforms like Facebook, Instagram, X, and TikTok.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing projects, including status documents and project briefs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with project management tools and processes, and a strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
