Responsibilities

Project Coordination: Collaborate with external vendors, program personnel, and IT resources to facilitate project success
Team Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment across matrix teams and departments
Communication: Demonstrate professional communication skills in all interactions, representing TDHS effectively
Budget Management: Ensure adherence to established budgets based on project requirements
Quality Assurance: Monitor project requirements, priorities, and deadlines from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timeliness of results
Financial Facilitation: Process project Payment Milestone invoices timely, conduct analytical reviews of Deliverable Approvals, and ensure compliance with DHS Procurement and Fiscal processes
Process Improvement: Explore and implement best practices and standardized processes to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
Reporting: Develop and implement detailed reports to keep key stakeholders informed on project progress, issues, and outcomes

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree preferred
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams in transformation initiatives
Knowledge of project management applications (e.g., Microsoft Project, JIRA)
Experience in Project Management, Financial Management, and Procurement
