- Greet high-profile clients, guests, and vendors with discretion and hospitality
- Coordinate catering, book conference rooms, and handle set up/break down of meetings
- Oversee office and kitchen supplies inventory, ensuring office is well-stocked and organized
- Assist with event planning and execution for personal gatherings or corporate meetings
- Support administrative tasks, including mail distribution, courier coordination, and light calendar management
- Collaborate with the administrative team to provide seamless service across the office
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an office manager, workplace coordinator, or similar front-of-house role
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Discretion and respect for confidentiality are essential
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience in a family office, luxury hospitality, or private membership club is a plus
