IT Security Analyst I
The GRC Analyst I at World Kinect Corporation will be a part of the InfoSec Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team. As a Jr. GRC Analyst, you will work closely with the InfoSec Operations and Engineering groups, contributing to the creation, utilization, and ongoing maturity of security policies, procedures, and standards. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of InfoSec GRC.
Essential Functions
- Assist in the execution of strategic projects to enhance cybersecurity maturity.
- Contribute to the optimization of governance, risk, and compliance policies and procedures.
- Conduct internal and third-party risk assessments, escalating issues/risks to leadership when appropriate.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting of applications and tools supporting InfoSec GRC.
- Perform other duties as assigned or directed.
Education, Experience, And Skills Required
- 0 to 2 years of experience in information security and/or risk management focused on cybersecurity.
- Basic knowledge of commonly used information security solutions, frameworks, and standards.
- Knowledge of risk and compliance assessment principles.
- Experience and/or knowledge related to cloud infrastructure, networking, and security.
- Basic knowledge of current security threats, techniques, and landscape, with a dedication and self-driven desire to research and learn more about the information security field.
