We are on the lookout for a passionate, innovative, and experienced Permanent Lead iOS Engineer to join our cutting-edge technology team. This is an amazing opportunity for an individual with a strong background in mobile development and a deep understanding of the iOS platform. As the Lead iOS Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our mobile applications, influencing the design and implementation of our products, and leading a team of talented engineers.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of iOS developers, fostering a collaborative environment while encouraging innovation and creativity.
- Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Swift code.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Collaborate with the team to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs in order to maintain code quality.
- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization.
- Work closely with our product and design teams to customize the user experience for the iOS platform.
- Implement new technologies to maximize application performance.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to your team members.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in iOS development, with a deep understanding of SwiftUI.
- Strong knowledge of iOS SDK and different versions of iOS.
- Proficient in coding and development of mobile applications.
- Experience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end services.
- Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git, Mercurial, or SVN.
- Familiarity with continuous integration and agile methodologies.
- Proven leadership skills, including the ability to mentor and develop others.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a team player mentality.
