Customer Success Manager - Boston or Detroit

As they continue to grow, we’re excited to help them find a dedicated Customer Success Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about client relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Position Overview:
- Location: Based in Boston or Detroit
- Compensation: Up to $240,000 OTE plus stock options
- Focus: Managing and nurturing enterprise-level customers to ensure long-term success and satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful adoption of IoT security solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, engineering) to address customer challenges and provide tailored solutions.
- Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by identifying opportunities for expansion and upselling.
Who We’re Looking For: We’re seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager with a passion for technology and experience managing enterprise accounts. You should have:
- Proven experience in customer success or account management, ideally within a cyber security start-up or IoT/security sector.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
- The drive to deliver excellent customer experiences and act as a strategic advisor.
