Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Strategy:
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance.
- Develop and implement project management strategies and best practices to optimize project delivery and performance.
Project Oversight:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and ensuring clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Technical Expertise:
- Collaborate with engineering, product management, and other technical teams to understand project requirements and constraints.
- Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on timelines and deliverables.
Process Improvement:
- Identify areas for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in project delivery.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) to streamline workflows.
Stakeholder Management:
- Engage with senior leadership and key stakeholders to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Provide regular updates and reports on project status, milestones, and performance metrics.
Budget Management:
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring resource allocation is optimized and costs are controlled.
- Prepare and present financial forecasts and variance reports to senior management.
Customer Focus:
- Ensure that project outcomes align with customer expectations and business requirements.
- Gather feedback from clients and stakeholders to improve project processes and service delivery.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
8+ years of experience in technical project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the SaaS industry.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget.
Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Microsoft Project) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is a plus.
