- Managing emails by sorting and filtering correspondence

- Engaging with clients and customers via phone, social media, Zoom, Google Meet, or email
- Creating, proofreading, and refining PowerPoint presentations and other documentation
- Performing accurate data entry tasks
- Coordinating travel arrangements
- Assisting in event planning and coordination
- Updating and managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- Supporting email newsletters and managing social media accounts
- Developing efficient workflows and processes
- Preparing detailed spreadsheets and reports
- Providing personal task support as necessary
- Offering training on new software applications and providing software recommendations
Required Skills
To thrive in this role, candidates must possess:
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Excellent organizational capabilities
- Proficiency with internet and computer applications
- Ability to work autonomously without supervision
- Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute, ensuring accuracy
Qualifications

- Associate or Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or creative capacity
- Availability to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per month (10 hours per week)
- Willingness to engage with clients via Google Meet as required
- Commitment to a 1-year working agreement
- Ability to successfully pass background and reference checks
