We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join Arm and help craft the future of technology by impacting the next generation of advancements in software development. In this role, you'll be part of our dynamic team of Developer Advocacy in the Strategy and Ecosystems group at Arm.
Developer Advocates are first and foremost engineers focused on making sure that application and machine learning developers can take full advantage of the Arm technology from Day 1. As engineers, we never stop learning, even after graduating. Developer Advocates, like every other engineer, are passionate learners. Developer Advocates can spend anywhere from 20–50% of their time learning new things and take experimentation seriously from the obscure to the popular. They seek knowledge everywhere. The Developer Advocates support the developers to get the best possible performance and efficiency from their applications, their platforms or their technology.
What you could be doing as a Developer Advocacy Intern
- Build generative AI end-to-end applications to showcase relevant use-cases and how AI runs best on Arm and share how-to information about the development
- Create or modify existing Neural Network architecture to fit better the underlying HW and achieve higher performance and lower energy consumption.
- Use Arm technology KleidiAI to get Large Language Models (LLMs) running on Arm CPUs on Android/Windows/Linux devices with high performance and energy efficiency.
We are looking for individuals who
Are currently enrolled and studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
Qualities that will help your application stand out
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and debug skills.
- Experience in programming, preferably in Python or C++.
- Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration skills.
- Curiosity about technology, machine learning, generative AI and computer graphics.
- Adaptability and willing to learn how to use unfamiliar tools and systems

Salary in California
From $72,800
To $124,800

This is a non-exempt hourly role which will be paid at an hourly rate based on the number of hours worked. Pay rates vary by location and educational level.
