What are we looking for in our Data Support Specialist?

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Data Support Specialist to work for our client in the tech industry. Apply now for consideration!

Contract: 3 months

Location: REMOTE, M-F (7 hours), Saturday (5 hours)

Pay Range: 54-60/hr depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Conduct primary investigation into order-level issues and escalations
Looking up order and associated events in internal systems
Comparing data from multiple systems to determine order status and issue path
Input information into SQL queries and draw insights from responses
Communicate findings to internal teams and/or merchants
Review merchant claims for order refunds and determine claim approval/denial
Learning the conditions required to approve/deny a refund claim
Looking up order and associated events in internal systems and simple SQL queries

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience
SQL required
Experience with pivot tables and cleaning data
