Role: Quality Assurance Consultant II
Location: Plainsboro, NJ, 08536 (Hybrid/Onsite - 3 days/week)
Duration: 11 + Months
Must Haves:
1. Testing experience with Adobe application, specifically Adobe Campaign
2. Website testing experience
3. Good understanding of customer experience
Quality Assurance Specialist:
This position is responsible for the planning, documenting, development and execution of the qualification and validation for selected GXP and critical IT systems. Assures compliance of IT processes with applicable Federal and State regulations and the Client's Quality System. Participates in cross-functional teams as necessary.
Job Role:
Designing test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures. Executing tests within different systems to ensure accurate data flow. Analyzing test results and reporting to development team. Working with the development team to correct bugs and errors. Good understanding of customer experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- A minimum of 4-7 years QA/testing experience required,
- Solid interpersonal / communication skills Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite
Must Have:
- Experience with multiple systems such as Adobe Campaign (ACS, ASM, ACC)
- Website testing experience
Good to Have:
- Experience with multiple systems such as Salesforce/SHFC, MDM, OneTrust, AEP.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30 - 5:00
