- Outreach & Coordination: Assist in outreach efforts to prospective clients or partners and manage follow-up communications.
- Project & Task Management: Utilize organizational tools such as ClickUp or Notion to track progress and meet deadlines.
- Client & Vendor Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for coordinating interactions with clients and vendors.
- Research & Sourcing: Conduct research on potential leads and vendors, providing structured summaries to support business decisions.
- Updates and Training via Video: Utilize tools like Loom for asynchronous updates and training, showcasing your comfort and proficiency with virtual communication.
Required Skills
- Outstanding writing skills with the ability to communicate clearly across various platforms, including email, phone, and virtual tools.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks.
- Inquisitive with a strong desire to learn about new topics and technologies.
- Proficient with marketing tools such as website builders, Google Analytics, and basic design software like Canva.
- Capable of multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with a quick aptitude for learning new applications (experience with Slack, ClickUp, and Loom is advantageous).
- Previous experience in a similar role or as an assistant is preferred, though motivated candidates eager to learn are welcomed.
