Description:
Job Purpose:
This job is responsible for providing daily administrator support and improvement efforts for Learning applications to include SumTotal LMS, SkillSoft Percipio & Certitude, & various other content providers, including configuration and ad-hoc reporting; supporting vendor release testing & implementation of system enhancements; troubleshooting issues and documenting workflows; monitoring data logs and managing releases; providing ongoing technical support to IT & HR Service Center employees; ad-hoc performance of quality audits. This role will be involved in monitoring the learning integrations and resolving integration errors, as well as day-to-day maintenance of the LMS to include creating audiences for assigned training.
Required Job Qualifications:
5 years experience with HRMS Systems; Minimum of 1 year SaaS and/or Cloud Based experience; Vendor Relationship experience; Project Management
Greater than 5 years experience as an LMS Administrator supporting SumTotal LMS
Systems Administration
Vendor Management; Open Cases, Troubleshoot Issues, Manage Release Testing, etc.
