Corporate Receptionist/Assistant Job Description
Salary ranges from $35,000 – $45,000
Job Duties:
- Answer multi-line phone system and route calls appropriately
- Greet visitors, guests, clients and/or vendors
- Sort and distribute daily incoming/outgoing mail and packages
- Order and maintain office and break room supplies
- Coordinate any office repairs, maintenance or improvements
- Book travel and meetings for executives
- Arrange office events/board meetings
- Some data entry
- Other administrative duties as needed
Minimum Skills/Qualifications:
- HS Diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of Front Desk/Receptionist experience preferred; within a corporate environment is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Outstanding client support abilities
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be a self-motivated individual who is organized and capable of multitasking
