RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Merrimack, NH that is seeking an Agile Coach.
Responsibilities:
- Influencing the approach and behaviors of associates, including senior leaders, to embrace and demonstrate agile principles and practices and the leadership behaviors required to support them
- The Agile Coach will be engaging within and across domains, product areas and squads, to identify and enable opportunities to improve maturity, and providing relevant training, resources, and practices to increase value delivered
- Facilitating ongoing training of individuals, teams and cohorts to build and evolve agile behaviors and practices
- As an Agile Coach, you will be improving agile metrics and value delivered in partnership with scrum masters, squad leaders and product area leaders
- Continuously strengthening agile culture and practices by collaborating and sharing findings and knowledge across teams, the organization and with fellow coaches
REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Agile-related certifications and demonstrable experience in application thereof; e.g. RS@SP, CAL (E,T, or O), ICP-ACC, ICP-ENT, or similar
- 4+ years of experience in an agile leadership role (e.g., Scrum Master, Squad Leader/Product Owner, Chapter Leader)
- Deep Agile knowledge with several years of Agile Coaching experience
- Demonstrable experience coaching a team-of-teams, or a combination of multiple team coaching engagements and team-of-teams level coaching
- Track record of training, coaching and mentoring teams and individuals at various levels
- You are a trusted advisor highly skilled at coaching, consulting, mentoring, influencing, and fearlessly challenging, teams, leaders and associates at all levels of the organization on behavioral changes that will deliver continuous improvement and increased value
- You have a continuous improvement approach
- You assess agile health and maturity and use this to inform your coaching, mentoring and development approach
- You proactively seek out agile practices externally to continuously improve company model
- You are flexible in your approach and share innovative and creative thinking as you mentor teams and associates through solving problems to deliver increased value
- You are intellectually curious and model a culture of continuous learning, mentoring and coaching
- You have a track record of coaching senior leaders on agile behaviors and leadership to support those behaviors
- Jira and Jira Align experience preferred
- Financial services experience preferred
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
