Job Description
We're searching for a
Senior Art Director to join our
Digital Performance Creative team. You'll join a team dedicated to our latest AOR win, a
global tech and leading software company for creative professionals.Reporting to the Creative Director, you will create digital first data-driven work that supports print, digital, and social direct response channels while satisfying the branding requirements of our clients.
- You will create conceptual yet performance metrics driven work such as paid social, display, email, OLV, and landing pages while satisfying the branding requirements of our client.
- You will develop on-brand creative activations rooted in strategy that serve as a framework for bringing art and messaging to life for specific audiences, across channels.
- You will partner with our teams to create concepts that enhance response strategies and achieve client goals.
- You will apply audience insights, strategic frameworks, and direct response best practices to your work.
- You understand unique audiences and creating content that is relevant to each.
- You will stay current with the latest trends and technologies (e.g., DCO, Content Velocity, Dynamic Video, Modular Content Systems).
- You will present work both internally and to our clients while building client relationships.
Qualifications
- 3 years minimum Art Direction experience in creative advertising and performance creative
- Bachelor's Degree in Advertising, Marketing or related field, required; in lieu of degree, equivalent experience in a relevant field required
- Experience working with the nuances and requirements of art directing creative for Digital Experiences, Direct Mail, Online Display, Email, and Paid Social including video.
- Only candidates in the New York City area will be considered as some in-office time is expected.
- Working knowledge of web usability/accessibility, advertising technologies, and development methods
- Brand development experience

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $110,400. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge and other factors permitted by law. Additionally, this position is eligible for discretionary incentive compensation. Our incentive compensation plan is subject to change.
