Role:

Quality Assurance Engineer

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree required.

Key Accountabilities:

Develop, implement, review, and manage the quality assurance system under the quality and food safety regulations such as SQF, PACA, USDA.
Supervise the quality process throughout sampling, evaluation and do statistical analysis to guarantee full compliance of all QA & Food Safety needs of our products according to our current Quality Bulletins.
Assure the proper processes in place to assure NS Quality product at the Market, manage solution of any deviation observed at transportation to distribution centers related to the origin site. Follow market KPI’S.
Development and audit the Phytosanitary protocols.
Ensure compliance with good manufacturing practices and identification of potential contamination hazards during the growing and packing process
Creation and administration of procedures for key processes of the operation
Management of the documentary system of the manufacturing including packing process
Activity management for compliance with required certifications such as SQF, EFI, CCOF, USDA, FDA etc.
Audits of key processes to ensure compliance with quality and food safety requirements
In charge of the quality and phytosanitary team.
Effective communication and continue feedback to the leadership team regarding quality and manufacturing.
