Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in McAllen, TX. The Construction Manager will be responsible for supervising construction projects, managing budgets, ensuring construction safety compliance, and overseeing project control. The Construction Manager will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other project team members to ensure successful completion of projects.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of construction regulations and best practices
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in the construction industry is preferred
Minimum 10 year experience in Heavy Civil Construction and or Highway and Road Construction
