COMPANY PROFILE:

They are a warehouse retailer that offers a wide variety of fresh grocery, bulk-sized essential items and general merchandise products to island communities in the Caribbean and South Pacific.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:

The Manager, Strategy Financial Planning & Analysis works with corporate and business unit leadership to determine and execute key initiatives, spearhead Financial Planning and Data Analysis, and perform Project Management activities to further the Business Unit’s long term objectives.

Conduct Financial Modelling and Scenario Analysis to support the capital planning process including Capital Appropriation Requests analysis aligned with corporate capital plan.

Prepare materials for periodic business unit strategy meetings by working with executives accountable for each initiative.

BACKGROUND PROFILE:

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the areas of strategy, finance, retail, corporate development, real estate or consumer products.

Ability to structure and analyze complex problems, including experience with financial analysis in excel and other analytical tools including Powerpoint and Power BI.

Strong communication both verbal and written, as well as influencing skills, especially with senior executives

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge of International Markets a plus.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:

Base salary $110,000 + based on experience, 15% bonus.
