As the Land Development Purchasing Manager, you will be responsible for execution of all aspects of land development functions pertaining to land development procurement, including but not limited to preparation of bid packages, bidding, bid analysis, contracting, contract administration, project reimbursement (account receivable) and providing assistance and supports on project due diligence and feasibility study tasks. Ultimately responsible for the departmental performance, result and achievement with respect to the various goals.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in construction management or similar discipline preferred and/or 5-7 years of experience in purchasing and procurement activities in the construction industry. Successful candidate must maintain a valid driver’s license.
