Position Overview:

As a Senior AWS Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and managing AWS-based infrastructure and applications. You will leverage your extensive experience in AWS, Terraform, and Golang to build scalable, efficient, and secure solutions. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Cloud Architecture & Design: Design and implement scalable and resilient cloud architecture on AWS, leveraging best practices to meet business and technical requirements.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and manage infrastructure using Terraform to automate the provisioning and configuration of AWS resources.
Development: Write efficient, maintainable code in Golang for cloud applications, microservices, and automation tasks.
Deployment & Automation: Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to automate deployment processes and ensure smooth delivery of applications and updates.
Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize AWS infrastructure for performance, cost-efficiency, and security.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including DevOps, operations, and security to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex issues related to AWS services, Terraform configurations, and Golang applications.
Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation of cloud architectures, configurations, and code to ensure clarity and continuity.
Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers and contribute to code reviews and architectural discussions.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Experience: 10+ years of experience in cloud development, with a strong background in AWS and related technologies.
Technical Skills:
AWS: Extensive experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, RDS, and CloudFormation.
Terraform: Expertise in using Terraform for managing infrastructure as code.
Golang: Proficiency in Golang for developing cloud applications and services.
CI/CD: Experience with CI/CD tools and practices for automation and deployment.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
