We are in search of a UX copywriter for a project engagement supporting one of our large tech client teams. In this role, you will write agent-facing knowledge base content surrounding delivery and safety topics as well as some customer facing content. You will collaborate with other writers as well as a wide array of global client stakeholders from different teams.

If you are the right fit, you are a highly organized and responsive UX copywriter with a strong background in an enterprise-level tech environment. You are very comfortable working in Word, Google Docs and a variety of proprietary environments. You have a demonstrated history of implementing templates, developing and maintaining style guides as well as creating clear user-facing content.

This is a 10-15 hour/week, ongoing contract engagement that can be done remotely. We'll only be able to respond to applicants who meet the basic qualifications for this role.

Pay rate range, depending on experience level: 45-50/hr. W2.

Required:

5+ years of creating user-facing technical content at the enterprise level
5+ years experience implementing templates, developing and maintaining style guides
Familiarity with delivery and/or safety topics
