Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Compliance Project Manager who excels in client interaction and specialized project management. This fully remote position is suited for someone who is detail-oriented and adept at managing multiple projects with a focus on compliance and cybersecurity objectives. The role requires effective communication across various platforms and coordination with team members to ensure compliance standards are met and clients are satisfied.

Responsibilities:

Engage directly with clients through Slack, phone, and video calls to build strong relationships and ensure transparent communication.
Utilize exceptional project management skills to oversee the timely completion of compliance-related projects.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that compliance projects are executed precisely and within scheduled timelines.
Keep clients well-informed about the status of their compliance tasks, detailing completed, ongoing, and pending actions to achieve their specific compliance and cybersecurity goals.
Rapidly grasp complex compliance and cybersecurity topics with support from your manager and peers.
Manage the scheduling of compliance discussions, respond promptly to client inquiries, and provide continuous updates to all stakeholders, both internal and external, on project progress.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in client-facing roles and outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
Strong capabilities in project management with a specific focus on compliance-related projects, ensuring that timelines are adhered to and deliverables are met.
Ability to quickly learn and apply new knowledge, especially in compliance and technical fields.
Proficient in organizing and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in coordinating schedules and addressing client needs promptly, ensuring alignment among all parties regarding project milestones.

Nice to haves:

Direct experience with security and compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.)
Background in working with fast-moving, innovative startups.
