As a Graphic Designer at Petme, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the user experience (UX) of our digital products. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective design solutions that not only align with our brand but also prioritize user-centered design principles. Success in this position involves producing high-quality graphics, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to the overall visual and user interface (UI) design of our digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Design and Create User-Centered Visual Content: Produce engaging and user-friendly designs for our digital products, ensuring that they prioritize usability, accessibility, and an exceptional user experience.
Collaborate with UX/UI Teams: Work closely with UX/UI designers and researchers to incorporate user feedback and data-driven insights into your designs. Collaborate on wireframes, prototypes, and interface elements to create seamless user journeys.
Maintain Brand and UX Consistency: Ensure all design materials adhere to our brand guidelines while also contributing to a consistent and intuitive user interface across our digital platforms.
Conduct User Testing: Participate in or support user testing sessions to gather feedback on design prototypes and iterate on designs based on user insights.
Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, UX/UI best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance the quality and user-friendliness of our digital products.
Handle Multiple Projects: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines effectively while maintaining a focus on user-centered design principles.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, UI/UX Design, or a related field.
Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), strong knowledge of design principles, and a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with UX/UI design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD) is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX/UI design work and an understanding of user-centered design principles.
Creativity: Demonstrate a creative and innovative approach to design challenges, with a strong focus on enhancing the user experience.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate effectively with UX/UI teams.
Team Player: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
