Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Bookkeeper/Grants Coordinator at our location in San Marcos, TX. The Bookkeeper/Grants Coordinator will be responsible for managing financial records, processing payments, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. In addition, the role will involve coordinating and managing grants, including grant writing and administration. Some remote work is acceptable in this role.

Qualifications

Experience directly related to the duties specified above.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Analytical skills to analyze financial data and reports
Experience in proposal writing and grant administration
Ability to gather data, compile information, and prepare reports
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in financial software and tools
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
Ability to work independently and in a team
Bachelor's degree in accounting and or three years accounting/bookkeeping work experience.
Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality
