Title: Project Management Coordinator

Type: Contract to Hire

Hourly Rate: $24 - $28/Hr.

Location: Kent, WA (onsite 90%)

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Project Management Coordinator, you'll be the key player in managing the entire sales order fulfillment process. This will include management of customer orders from order entry point through punch list, providing support to the sales team, and ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to customers. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Communicates with customers on order status and resolves punch list issues.
Reviews and prepares quotes for sales presentations.
Inputs orders, sends POs to manufacturers and confirms ship dates with customers.
Validates acknowledgments, resolves discrepancies, and enters receiving information.
Prepares invoices, verifies details, and balances with customer purchase orders.
Manages punch list and warranty work orders, ensuring timely completion.
Interfaces with the factory on order status and special requirements.
Coordinates factory interface and shipping for all projects.
Maintains customer sign-offs and generates invoices for assigned orders.
Travel up to 10% to various market locations.

QUALIFICATIONS

A high school diploma or GED is required, along with 2-3 years of experience in a related role. Experience in space planning/design, furniture sales, office moves, project management, facility staffing, and facility management is required. Experience with commercial furniture is also preferred.

Technical Skills: MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with CORE software
