Social Media Marketing Manager (opportunity to be promoted to Head of Social)

Responsibilities

Dedicate 5 hours per week (1 hour per day, M-F) to posting content and engaging with relevant accounts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, in order to grow our following and foster real social connections.
Participate in a weekly phone/video call with Mattimore, the founder of Noble Growth, at the start of each week to discuss priorities, and review performance and learnings from the previous week.
Provide a summary at the end of each week outlining what content was posted, what content performed best, how many followers were gained/lost, how many average engagements per post we received, which new accounts we've followed, and what types and quantities of engagements we've accomplished that week.
Reach out to influential accounts as needed via DM, comments, and email, to elicit collaborations.
Join phone/video calls with the client as needed (not needed very often).
Be featured on Noble Growth's website as part of our team.

Qualifications

Must be a dog-lover, pet-lover, and ideally a current dog-owner.
Bonus if you have experience growing pet-themed social media accounts, especially on Instagram.
Strong ability to communicate and foster real connections with others via social media.
Expertise in using all the features available on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.
Bonus if you have design skills and copywriting skills to assist with creating posts.
Self-starter who will consistently look for ways to improve performance and implement them
