Junior Finance Analyst - Housing Startup

Role Overview:

As a Junior Finance Analyst at Solviing, you'll be integral in supporting our finance and investment teams. This entry-level position offers you a unique opportunity to delve into the housing industry, understand financial intricacies, and grow within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis Support: Assist in preparing financial models and evaluations for potential investment projects related to house flipping in the US Market.
Market Research: Gather data on market trends, competitor insights, and industry metrics to support senior roles and the investment team.
Due Diligence Assistance: Work alongside senior members to understand the financial health, strategies, and potential risks of prospective home purchases.
Reporting Assistance: Support in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Continuous Learning: Engage in industry seminars, webinars, and training to keep abreast of the latest trends in housing and proptech.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
[0-2] years of experience in financial analysis or a related field. Internships in venture capital, private equity, or real estate are a plus.
Basic understanding of financial modeling, forecasting, and valuation. Advanced knowledge of Excel.
Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Eagerness to learn about the startup ecosystem and its financial considerations.
Strong communication skills with the capacity to engage with multiple internal teams.
Mandatory: Fluent in Spanish.
Familiarity with financial software and tools is an advantage.
