Position Description:

Preparing and maintaining schedules
Developing baselines
Monitoring progress
Additionally, you will support various aspects of scheduling analysis and special studies while assisting with Business Development (BD) and Marketing (MK) activities related to proposed project scheduling
Reports to the Project Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Executive, or Operations Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Prepare summary and detailed level schedules
Develop comprehensive Critical Path Method (CPM) logic-generated baseline schedules
Conduct monthly progress updates, target comparisons, and periodic look-ahead schedules
Monitor and track progress at both detailed and summary levels
Ensure strict adherence to ethics and compliance requirements
Develop and update cost and/or resource loaded schedules
Participate in project schedule reviews and Operations Review Meetings (ORMs)
Support BD and business unit marketing activities, including proposal presentations
Provide training in project and scheduling software to office and job site staff
Conduct schedule and Work-In-Place (WIP) reviews
Coordinate schedules and models with the Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) Engineer

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of three years of construction experience or equivalent
Proficiency in scheduling software applications; large project experience preferred
Additional experience in project engineering and field supervision is desirable
Demonstrated knowledge of building construction, materials, systems, and trade practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite

Physical Demands:

Ability to climb stairs and ladders, negotiate work areas under construction, and operate
onsite vehicles
Specific vision abilities including close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the
ability to adjust focus
Ability to use hands to handle objects, tools, or controls
Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds

Work Environment:

Regular work in office settings, project offices, or trailers
Occasional attendance at job sites with exposure to various hazards
Moderate to very loud noise levels in work environments

Other Duties:

May perform other duties as assigned

Compensation/Benefits:

Salary-based pay is $70,000 - $130,000 – depending on experience
