A Global Trading Company is actively seeking a Japanese / English Bilingual IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager to join their office in New York City, NY.

Responsibilities of Japanese / English Bilingual IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager

Manage large and small IT infrastructure related projects focusing on communication, schedule, and budget.
Take a proactive approach to monitor performance, identifying delays and understanding the dynamics within the Company.
Act as intermediary between the Company and IT Consulting Firm, diligently bridging communication gaps and ensuring the timely completion of tasks for enhanced project efficiency.
Work closely with IT Consulting Firm operational support team to improve operations and employee satisfaction.
Maintain strong communications channels including top management.
Performs and supports other related duties as assigned by Directors.

Qualifications of Japanese / English Bilingual IT Infrastructure and Operations Manager

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, and/or related majors
At least 5 years of experience in IT Infrastructure
Minimum of 2 years of Project Manager experience
Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English
Effective communication, collaboration, and negotiation across diverse cultures and business domains.
Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail, consultation skills, and coordination skills.
Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
