We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their creativity, attention to detail, and ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs. As a Graphic Designer at Raconteur Media, you will collaborate closely with our digital marketing strategists and account services team to develop engaging visual content for a variety of projects, including political campaigns and B2C campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Design and produce high-quality visual content for digital and print media, including social media graphics, outdoor display, Website comps, logos and branding elements, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Work closely with digital strategists and client representatives to understand project objectives and develop design concepts that align with campaign goals and target audience.
Supervise graphic design interns and collaborate with clients who have their own internal creative teams.
Utilize industry-standard software to create and edit graphics, illustrations, and other visual assets.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to style guidelines across all design projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm ideas, provide creative input, and iterate on design concepts based on feedback.
Stay up-to-date with design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of our visual content.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a fast-paced agency environment.
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design software.
Excellent design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Solid understanding of design principles, branding, and marketing concepts.
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines without sacrificing quality.
Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and present design concepts effectively.
A passion for politics and a deep understanding of Republican values and messaging.
