Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, rotating Saturdays

Pay: $42.69 - $52.83 per hour depending upon experience

Job Summary

The Social Worker performs a variety of services under the general supervision of the Director/Manager, with the main focus of linking patient to the community and with community resources and providing psychosocial to vulnerable patients/families to meet their needs. Home visits/Community visits required whenever warranted.

Requirements/Skills

Masters of Social Work
A valid N.Y.S LMSW or LCSW required.
2-3 years previous experience in a mental health setting.
Must be able to problem solve and think critically.
Must be computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Must be highly organized, work with the interdisciplinary team.
