Remote Mortgage Loan Processor, Bilingual (Spanish/English)

About the Role:

SOG is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Mortgage Loan Processor to join the team in a full-time remote capacity. As a key member of the SOG team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless mortgage experience for SOG clients.

Responsibilities:

Process mortgage loan applications from start to finish.
Verify borrower information, income documentation, and credit reports.
Collect and review loan documentation for completeness and accuracy.
Coordinate with lenders, underwriters, and borrowers to ensure timely loan processing.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in mortgage processing or a related field.
Proficiency in Arive loan origination software.
Experience with UWM platform is a strong asset.
Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely, while remaining a collaborative team player.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
5+ years experience or a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Conversational Spanish.
