Position

Executive Assistant to the General Partner (Remote or Hybrid)

*This role has the opportunity to turn into a full-time position after 3-months.

Working at Feefifo places you in the center of the startup world.

Schedule, track, adjust all internal and external meetings, both virtual + onsite.
Partner with the GP in planning, coordinating, and executing strategic projects and initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and drive efficiencies across the organization.
Maintain strong relationships with external partners.
Understanding of the startup world and venture capital, or eager willingness to learn.

Minimum Requirements

At least 1+ years of startup or venture experience.
Excellent attention to detail as well as solid organization/time management skills.
Ability to treat sensitive and confidential information with appropriate discretion.
Occasional after-hours work may be required.

Preferred Qualifications

You’ve founded a startup, taking a product from 0-1 (bonus if venture-backed).
You have a degree in CS, AI, ML, HCI, or equivalent technical work experience.

Candidates located within the San Francisco Bay Area will be given priority for this position.

Compensation: $68,000/year to $84,000/year base plus bonus.
