Requirements

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our business!

Based at our London office in Kentish Town, the successful candidate will foster a supportive and engaging work environment whilst ensuring smooth and efficient operation in our office.

Responsibilities

Being fully office based, opening and closing the London office daily.
Maintaining a tidy and well-equipped office and being the key point of contact for external stakeholders such as building contractors and cleaners
New starter introductions with People team over google meet, ensuring a welcoming and friendly first week and beyond
Low level IT queries, working with our outsourced IT support and People team to provide a smooth IT service to employees
Organising and hosting monthly social events in our London and Manchester hubs, as well as assisting on planning our company wide summer and winter events
Managing travel bookings
Overseeing our starter and leaver processes to ensure each new starter is set up for success

We'd really like to hear from you, if you have...

Proven experience in an office management or administrative role
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle IT-related queries.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
