Position:

We're looking for a Social Media Apprentice who is brimming with creative ideas, has a knack for creating compelling content, and is eager to learn the ropes of social media management in the skincare industry. This part-time role is designed for someone ready to take on the exciting challenge of growing our Instagram account, engaging our community with empowering content, and embodying the spirit of Oyo Skincare online.

Given responsibilities:

Content Creation: Craft engaging posts, stories, and videos that align with our mission, enhancing our brand's presence on Instagram.
Social Media Management: Learn and apply strategies for content curation, planning, and scheduling to effectively grow our Instagram audience and foster a supportive community.
Brand Voice: Embody and express Oyo Skincare's empowering and positive tone across all created content, ensuring consistency and authenticity.
Analytics: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to understand engagement trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

We will be there every step of the way to guide you, offering training and mentorship to develop your skills and help you evolve into a Social Media Manager.

Qualifications:

Based in the US.
Talent for crafting engaging content with a knack for TikTok-style video editing.
Confidence to be on camera, you are comfortable shooting videos in minimalist attire to authentically demonstrate product application. Your ease in showcasing the bikini line area is essential for educating our audience on correct product usage.
A passion for body positivity, natural skincare, and a desire to make a difference through social media.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
Basic knowledge of social media trends, analytics, and engagement strategies

Compensation:

1'300$ per month for the first 3 trial months. After the trial period is validated: 2'500$/month.
