2-year degree in a related field or five years’ experience as an executive assistant or a combination of relevant education and experience
Legal Contract Review and Management experience preferred
Exceptional Communication Skills Required (written and verbal communication)
2 years Microsoft Office Suite experience (advanced level)
Ability to work after 5 p.m. to support executive meetings approximately 4-5 evenings per month
Ability to travel to other work locations to support executive meetings

Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint software programs
Maintains confidentiality of all information. Maintains the confidentiality of sensitive practice data

Executive Support: Administrative assistance, writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, calendar management, making appointments, prioritizing sensitive matters, and preparing communications on the executive’s behalf. 40%
Complete preliminary review of legal documents such as contracts for consistency in language and requirements in line with a healthcare practice. 20%
Prepare and organize important legal and strategic materials and plans, agendas, catering, support board meetings and the other meetings. 10%
Conduct research, compile data, and prepare papers for consideration and presentation by executives, committees, and boards of directors and file management 10%
Read and analyze incoming memos, submissions, and reports to determine their significance and plan their distribution. 10%
Provide clerical support to other departments. 10%

Extended periods in a stationary position
Repetitive motion such as entering data into computer-based programs
Position self with full range of body motion, manual dexterity, and eye-hand coordination

Work Environment

Work is normally performed in a typical interior office environment. The noise level is usually moderate. Some office environments have stairs.
