Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth.
Perform advanced troubleshooting and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform.

Qualifications

Security Clearance: SC Clearable (UK Nationals Only)
Experience: Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
Certification: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA). Additional certifications in ITSM, HR, CSM, SPM, or Risk Management are highly desirable.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in coding and scripting within ServiceNow, including JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, UI Actions, and platform-specific tools.
Mentorship: Experience mentoring junior developers is a plus.
