Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, design, and produce captivating trade show graphics that effectively communicate our brand's message and captivate the audience.
Develop innovative signage designs that enhance the overall event experience, from banners to booth displays, making a lasting impression on event attendees.
Maintain and adhere to the established Style Guide, ensuring all graphics and designs align with the brand's visual standards and guidelines.
Create visually compelling presentations that engage and inform both internal and external stakeholders, effectively translating complex ideas into visually appealing slides.
Develop innovative signage designs that enhance the overall event experience, from banners to booth displays, making a lasting impression on event attendees.
Get caught up on existing projects, ensuring alignment with our current strategies and
objectives.
Design and implement a new look for brochures and other creative pieces, leveraging
extensive creative experience to bring fresh and unique perspectives that push the
boundaries of what's possible in design.
Utilize Figma, a leading design tool, to collaborate with team members, iterate on designs, and ensure efficient workflows throughout the design process.
Knowledge in WordPress and content management systems to update and maintain the company website with engaging and visually appealing content.
Apply your knowledge of HTML to customize and enhance the web page design.
Utilize Adobe Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, to develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with the company's branding.
Design and Creation: Develop compelling and visually appealing presentation materials that convey complex concepts through effective use of layout, typography, graphics, imagery, and animations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred.
5 or more years of professional experience in graphic design, showcasing a robust portfolio that demonstrates creativity, versatility, and a keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Figma, with a proven ability to collaborate with team members and efficiently manage design projects.
Proficient in Powerpoint and Google Slides.
Strong understanding of WordPress and content management systems, along with the ability to implement custom HTML to enhance website design.
Proficiency in HTML, enabling you to contribute to website customization and optimization.
Expertise in the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create stunning visual assets and materials.
Exceptional organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
Utilize strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. This includes presenting design ideas clearly and persuasively, ensuring alignment and understanding across departments.
Must be flexible with work hours and days. S-5! is a global company and our centralized marketing group works with several countries across the globe.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
