We're searching for a full-time Social Media Manager / Content Creator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the mastermind behind our social media presence, crafting a winning strategy and executing it across Instagram (if you know TikTok that's a plus!) and LinkedIn.

What You'll Do:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation goals, with a specific focus on marketing our consumer app
Craft an engaging content calendar for Instagram and LinkedIn, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging
Demonstrate exceptional written skills in English to create compelling captions that resonate with our target audience
Design eye-catching graphics using design tools with the help of our team. However, the ability to create some basic visuals yourself using Canva (proficiency required) is a plus. Proficiency in Photoshop and CapCut is a highly desirable bonus.
Schedule posts effectively to maximize reach and engagement
Analyze social media data and adapt strategies based on insights
Develop content that can be repurposed across different platforms
(Highly desirable) Create and edit short-form video content for social media

Requirements

A social media guru with a passion for staying ahead of the latest trends and platforms, especially Instagram and LinkedIn
With at least a +2 years of experience running social media channels either through agency, in-house or for your personal brand
Possess exceptional written skills in English to craft captivating captions that resonate with a target audience
Understanding of marketing strategies for consumer apps
Experience with social media scheduling tools like Buffer and Facebook Business Manager
A keen eye for design with the ability to create basic visuals using Canva (proficiency required). Proficient use of Photoshop is a highly desirable bonus
