We are seeking a talented and dedicated Editorial Lead – Recurring Content Features to join our team. Yardbarker is heavily invested in creating original content and we are looking to expand our offerings. This role will lead in managing recurring content such as Mock Drafts, Power Rankings, Fantasy Sit/Start, Prospect Rankings, etc. Day-to-day responsibilities will include developing content plans, working with writers, and overseeing the recurring content library.

To be successful in this role you will need a passion for sports content, a strong ability to multi-task, and an ability to prioritize opportunities. Experience with analytics-driven editorial programs and SEO tools will be helpful. This is a great opportunity to run a meaningful content program for a leading sports site with significant distribution.

The Editorial Lead – Recurring Content Features Responsibilities Include

Being the day-to-day lead of the recurring content program
Developing scalable processes to increase content creation and to update and maintain the existing recurring content library
Working with writers including assigning topics, reviewing copy, and providing feedback on work.
Collaborating with team members on how to maximize exposure to recurring content
Leveraging analytics to better inform the recurrent content program and working with the team to develop new recurring content ideas

The Editorial Lead – Recurring Content Features Qualifications Include

Having at least 3+ years in an editorial or program management role for a mainstream website
A deep interest and knowledge in sports
A passion for growing programs and solving problems
An ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
A background of using analytics to inform an editorial content program
An excellent communicator with good people skills
