Position Summary

This position is responsible for assisting all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our digital bus shelter advertising program, focusing mainly on the Los Angeles bus shelter plant. The primary responsibility will be maintaining digital campaigns, including content posting, content management, and providing play reports. Additional responsibilities include working with all operations personnel and subcontractors, assisting in system maintenance, troubleshooting system issues and responding to city and partner requests. This position works our normal office hours (M-F), but may require occasional night or weekend work.

Pay Range Details: $31.25 per hour - $36.05 per hour.

The pay range is subject to change and may be amended in the future. Experience, education, skills, and other factors are considered when determining the pay offered.

What You’ll Do:

Provide prompt and effective responses to team inquiries
Develop expertise in digital out-of-home advertising buying and selling methodologies
Oversee content management, execution, and fulfillment of digital campaigns
Conduct daily monitoring of processes and workflows to ensure optimal assetperformance
Collaborate with the team to recommend strategic digital solutions for current and prospective clients
Contribute to enhancing the operability and user experience of our digital infrastructure
Implement and enforce best practices and guidelines for digital campaign execution
Monitor infrastructure performance, promptly reporting any failures or service-relatedissues
Liaise with vendors, subcontractors, and city partners for requests and reportingpurposes
Support inventory management for programmatic selling initiatives
