Role Description

This is a contract remote role for an On-Page SEO Manager at Rock The Rankings. As an On-Page SEO Manager, you will be responsible for crafting manually researched content briefs to improve search engine visibility, right-fit traffic, and conversions.

Your day-to-day tasks will include conducting keyword research, optimizing meta tags and headers, writing and editing website copy, and collaborating with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices. You will also analyze website performance using SEO tools and reports and recommend improvements.

Qualifications

Proven experience in on-page SEO optimization, including SERP analysis and manual content brief creation
In-depth knowledge of Ahrefs and GSC
Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and analytical mindset
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Certifications in SEO or related fields are a plus
