Life Source Affordable Counseling is a non-profit (501(c)3) and provides low-cost therapy and mental health care. We primarily provide services to the Inland Empire but also service all other California residents remotely. We are dedicated to making quality counseling services accessible to all individuals who need them.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role as a Client Services Coordinator at 25 hours/week. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, communication support, and excellent customer service to our clients. Your tasks will include managing client inquiries, scheduling appointments, supporting clinical staff in maintaining client records, and assisting with outreach and community communication efforts.

Qualifications

Customer Service skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in administrative assistance
Ability to work independently and remotely
Excellent organizational and time management skills
High school diploma or equivalent is required

Preferred Qualifications (but not required)

Experience in the mental health or counseling industry is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Bachelors' degree in related field is a plus

Compensation

Compensation starts at $17 an hour ($17/h) at 25 hours per week with flexible vacation and sick time. Position comes with a guaranteed annual raise and the potential for hours to increase compensatory to performance and community need.
