Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role as a Customer Service Agent at Fragrance Kw. As a Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to fragrance enthusiasts. Your day-to-day tasks will include responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, processing orders, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. While this role is primarily located in Kuwait City, there is flexibility for some remote work.
